Sawyer is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We got 2 new toilets and are very happy! It was more than we expected due to flange repair, but in the end saved us a catastrophe! They also have financing if needed.

Had a problem with a blocked main sewer line . Nick from Kinsmen came out quickly and was able to clear the blockage and get flowing again . Everything from speaking to the women to set up my service call to Nick coming out and fixing my problem went as smooth as possible. I
They removed and reinstalled my hot water heater after a flood. Both of the service guys were courteous and professional. Insurance paid so I can’t say much about the price but definitely would recommend them vs some of the other plumbers I have used in Charleston.
